Baariki is an Interior and Architecture firm providing:

  • Interior design

  • Architectural design

  • Consultancy services

  • Turnkey execution
    (3D rendering services are not offered.)

2. Use of Website

You agree:

  • Not to upload harmful or unlawful content

  • To provide accurate information in our enquiry forms

  • That any project files you submit (CAD, images, drawings, references) are owned by you or you have permission to use them

We reserve the right to refuse service if false or harmful information is submitted.

3. Project Engagement

A project officially begins only after:

  • A formal discussion

  • Acceptance of scope of work

  • Agreed commercial terms

  • Payment of the advance amount (where applicable)

Website submissions alone do not constitute a confirmed project.

4. Payments

We accept both online and offline payments.

Online payments are processed via third-party gateways; Baariki does not store card or banking details.

Fees, milestone payments, and any additional charges will be described in your project proposal.

Payments once made may be non-refundable, depending on the stage of work.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, drawings, documents, concepts, and deliverables created by Baariki remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

  • You may not reuse or reproduce them for other projects or vendors without written permission.

6. Client Files & Uploads

By submitting files through our website or email, you grant Baariki the right to:

  • Review, reference, or use them solely for your project

  • Store them securely for internal purposes

We will not share your files without permission except where legally required.

7. Limitations of Service

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by third-party vendors, government approvals, or site conditions

  • Damage caused by contractors not appointed by us

  • Errors due to incorrect client information

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, Baariki is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.
